Ok So this is quite strange, I have been with my boyfriend nearly two years,
so i was with him last valentines day, but i cant remember what i got him at all!
we did the obvious thing like a meal and desert in bed after with stockings, you get the pictures.
This year we have been together longer so i wont to get him an actual present.
Although i cant ask him because he wants it to be a quite v.day because it my birthday a week later then out holiday an month later which where saving for so he hasn’t got alott of money.
but i hasn’t got to buy myself a bday present have i so whats it stop me from getting him something,

I posted a question yesterday and the answers helped, but now I shall outline the whole scenario because I would value others advice on what I should do.

My boyfriend & I went to a party last weekend, I’ve been told I’m an attractive woman and I was dressed up nicely, however my boyfriend made no comment barely on my appearence except when prompted by myself (ie – do I look ok?). However on arrival another women we both know dressed similarly to myself he instantly made comments about saying ‘oh look at her’, ‘look how done up she is’ ’she’s got her sexy black stockings on’ etc. I felt a little hurt over this as he seemed so taken by her but let it pass. She shortly came over and said hi to me, kissing me on both cheeks (as this women normally does) but just gave my boyfriend a little wave and said hi as he was not close by. Afterwards he then commented to me ‘oh – havent had my valentines kiss!’ I realised he didnt meen off me and asked ‘off her?’ he laughed and said yes. I was really hurt by now because his interest seemed totally in her. The next evening when we were alone I tried to talk to him about it, to tell him how he’d made me feel a little hurt etc. He got mad at me, but said he has no interest in the women etc, they were just comments that meant nothing. But then he laughed (despite me being upset) and added ‘but for what its worth she has got a great pair of legs!’. I felt like he’d kicked me in the stomach. I tried to tell him he’s hurting me saying these things but he was just snapping at me if I canr handle comments like that then I’ve got big problems. He then went on to tell me other women we both know he thinks has a great pair of legs!
I am deeply hurt by his words and although I am a sensitive person I just dont feel it showed much respect for me and I cant think any women would welcome these sort of remarks – or am I wrong. He says I have problems and I need to get help. He doesnt seem to even care.
Things arent so good between us at the moment and I dont know if I should try to get past this hurt and forgive what happened or whether I should move on and end the relationship before I get hurt more? Please help!
